Training isn’t just about teaching your dog a few cues, it’s about building clear communication, trust, and real-life reliability you can actually count on.
Our classes are designed to meet you where you and your dog are right now, whether you’re starting with a young puppy, working through manners and obedience or helping a dog that’s anxious, distracted or unsure in the world. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on practical skills that carry over into your home, neighbourhood, and everyday routines.
You’ll learn how to guide your dog in a way they understand, while also gaining the confidence to handle real-world situations as they come up. With structured progression, supportive coaching, and an emphasis on clarity and consistency, we help turn training into something that feels achievable—and sustainable.
The goal is simple: a dog who can live calmly and confidently alongside you, and an pet parent who feels equipped every step of the way.

Our puppy classes are all about building a solid foundation through fun, engaging, and effective training. We'll help you set your puppy up for success during those crucial early months—while strengthening your bond along the way.
You’ll work on the essential skills such as: focus, sit, stay, come, leave, drop, place, down, loose leash walking and luring.
We'll teach you about proper socialization techniques, body language and other important puppy topics. Our goal is to set you up for success in real-world situations.
Each week builds on the previous with hands - on practical work, clear guidance, and time for questions. You’ll gain confidence, your puppy will gain skills, and you’ll connect with other puppy parents who are right there with you.
Fun, supportive, and practical—this is puppy training that works.
We'll add in games and work on your dogs impulse control and making the right choices.

Sometimes the difference between a dog who knows a behaviour and one who can perform it anywhere comes down to the missing links in training. This class is designed to find those gaps and connect them.
We’ll focus on strengthening engagement and building your dog’s ability to work with you—even when distractions are present. Through targeted exercises and real practice time, you’ll learn how to keep your dog focused, responsive, and confident in more challenging situations.
This class is an important stepping stone toward L3 – Real World Ready, our outdoor training level where we take the skills you’ve built and apply them in real-world environments like parks, plazas, and busy public spaces—continuing to strengthen and bombproof your dog’s training.

This is a 6 week indoor/outdoor class - Once a week for 1 hour
This level is where training meets the real world. In L3, we take your dog’s skills beyond the training space and practice in everyday environments such as stores, parks, plazas, and markets.
Working in these real-life settings helps strengthen focus, reliability, and communication while navigating distractions like people, dogs, noises, and movement. The goal is a dog who can stay calm, responsive, and connected to you no matter where you go.
This level is all about refining skills in real world settings, building confidence, and creating a dog you can truly enjoy when out in the community.
**For dogs 1 year and older
Next Class: TBD

Cost: $175.00 +hst
This is a 4 week class held in different locations in Hanover - Once a week for 1 hour

This level is all about building the trust and reliability needed for safe off-leash experiences. We focus on strengthening recall, engagement, and responsiveness while gradually increasing distance, distractions, and freedom.
Through structured exercises and real-world practice, you and your dog will learn how to stay connected even when your dog has more independence. The goal is a dog who can enjoy freedom while still choosing to check in, respond when called, and move with you as a team.
Level 5 is where training, trust, and communication come together so your dog can explore the world with confidence and freedom.
Next Class - TBD
This is a 6 week indoor/outdoor class - Once a week for 1 hour
This class is a prep class for dogs that have some training but want to polish their skills for the Canine Good Neighbour test.
The Canine Good Neighbour (CGN) program through the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) is a nationally recognized test that evaluates a dog’s everyday manners and ability to behave calmly and politely in real-world situations. It focuses on practical skills like loose leash walking, polite greetings, reliable recall (on a lone line), settling in new environments, and remaining calm around distractions. Rather than competition obedience, CGN is about demonstrating that your dog is a safe, well-mannered member of the community.
This class will go over and practice the 12 steps for the final test.
Note: Dogs must be 1 year of age before test day
Date: August 25 - 4 weeks
Time: 7 - 8pm
Cost: $175.00 +hst includes the cost of the test
Test date Sat, Sept 26th starting at 9am.
