At the core of Odette’s training philosophy is a deep respect for dogs as intellectually and emotionally complex beings, and for the unique bond between humans and their canine companions. She understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to training.
Lasting change stems from a strong relationship, and success requires equipping both dog and owner with the right knowledge, skills, and confidence.
To achieve this, Odette leverages her expertise in human and canine psychology and behavior to create customized training programs based on the needs and goals of each dog and client. She works on nurturing the human-dog relationship, addressing and resolving any emotional challenges the dog may face, while positively reinforcing desired behaviors.
Odette also empowers dog owners with the tools and understanding they need to continue training and fostering a positive connection with their dog long after their sessions conclude. Throughout the process, Odette and her clients—both human and canine—learn, grow, and enjoy the journey in ways that often exceed expectations.
